It's springtime (at least in Israel) - a time to refresh life. After the Strictly Starters have been inspired by the refreshing Rachel this week, Eran will revive for us the aptly named Chofshi U'Me'ushar (video) - intermediates and advanced from 8.30. A review of the couple dance Chashavti Sheyihiye Romanti (video) will follow later.

Don't forget that we won't have the usual class next week - instead we will be joining forces with all classes in London, under the umbrella of Dance For Life, at Hasmonean School (map) for a Harkada run by our very own DJ Russell.

The celebratory Dance For Life marathon happens on the following Saturday, 20 March (details) - from 8.30pm till breakfast at 5.30am on Sunday morning.

We intend to keep you refreshed all the way to our Spring Workshop weekend - 8 and 9 May - featuring a surprise choreographer from Israel. Watch this space...
